Pulto Support

Need help with Pulto on Apple Vision Pro? Email support@pulto.org. We aim to respond within one week.

Basic Troubleshooting

  • Confirm Pulto is updated to the latest available version from the App Store.
  • Restart Pulto and restart your Apple Vision Pro.
  • Check that your internet connection is working.
  • For Jupyter connections, verify the server URL, token or password, HTTPS certificate, and that the server is reachable outside a local network or VPN when needed.
  • Re-enter saved Jupyter credentials if a connection fails.
  • Try the included sample notebook or demo workflow if it is available in your version of Pulto.

Report a Bug

Send bug reports to support@pulto.org. Please include as much of the following information as you can:

  • App version and build number
  • Apple Vision Pro model
  • visionOS version
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Expected behavior
  • Actual behavior
  • Screenshots or a screen recording, if useful
  • Jupyter server type and version, if the issue involves Jupyter
  • A sample notebook only if it contains no private or sensitive data

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, private notebooks, or sensitive data by email. If a notebook is needed to understand an issue, only share a sample that contains no private or sensitive information.
